Tough Luck Chuck is a crash test dummy built in the Rescue Bot Training Academy. The Rescue Bot Recruits try to rescue him in multiple simulation missions in the virtual simulations. He can also give helpful advices and report the status of the mission. He gets abused a lot, especially in Hotshot's hands.
